You wanna have mechanisms in place that can identify components as they're aging and use that as a feedback mechanism to your development teams to say, hey. Let's take a look at it, and see, you know, if there's a newer version we can get to. By the time a component is a year old, you're probably at least three to four versions behind. Could be as much as ten or twelve. Sorta depends on the project and the project's pay pace.
But I wanna point that out first because that all by itself will go a long ways towards sort of mitigating all of the rest of these things. Right? If if we're proactively tapping, we start to we should see a reduced number of items that we now have to deal with in the next three categories.
