How to Align Legal, Security & Engineering on the Same Risk Data
Transcript
From a practical standpoint, how do you get legal, security, and engineering teams working from the same data without compromising their needs?
Yeah, and that's the trouble is try to find a unified platform that all of these different sections can work with, that kind of gives the same data without compromise is difficult because, you know, not one size fits all.
Engineering, for example, they still need technical depth, security still need governance information, and legal still need to build up an evidence portfolio. So, a united platform has to give you some underlying data, but filters for each one of those different roles. So, everyone can operate with the confidence that they're aligned, even though their workflows may look different. So, having a different approach to the same data is what's important. And as long as your platform can give you that, as long as your unified platform has different views for different departments, but the data is the same and the underlying message and delivery is the same, then it does make it easier.
