Integrating Finite State with Jenkins builds a strong and secure CI/CD pipeline that improves software quality while maintaining security during development and deployment.
That's why we're excited to announce that we've launched our new Jenkins CI/CD plugins, which are now live!
For all of our customers who use Jenkins for CI/CD, we have new plugins in the Jenkins Marketplace! These plugins allow you to easily integrate the Finite State Platform into Jenkins for automating the upload of binaries or third-party scans.
The Third-Party Upload plugin allows all your organization's Jenkins users to upload either an SBOM (CycloneDX or SPDX) that they've generated during their CI/CD pipeline, or run this plugin after using any of our 150+ supported third-party sources to easily upload those results to the Finite State Platform.
Adding these plugins has been a major goal for Finite State since we launched our NextGen Platform, in addition to the GitHub actions and Azure DevOps CI/CD extensions we released earlier this year. This is a big step towards helping your product security team fully integrate with your existing DevSecOps processes.
By extending our platform's capabilities directly within Jenkins, we empower developers to maintain their preferred environment while effortlessly incorporating critical security checks. This latest addition allows your product security team to collaborate more effectively with development teams by providing actionable security insights directly within their familiar tools.
